Well maintained and very charming motorsailer built by the famous Smelne yard. Smelne has a reputation to uphold and even in the time of this Veenje Cutter it is clear that the standard was high at the shipyard. the ship feels very robust and solid and the interior is, especially for her time, very nicely finished. This Veenje Cutter in particular still needs a little love and attention in terms of paint and varnish, but it is mainly cosmetic and easy to do yourself. At the moment the rig is off board but has just been fully varnished and is stored dry at the owner's home and comes with a relatively recent sail set.
Beyond the charming line of the boat, she is also very practical. The gang boards are wide and a cozy cockpit can be found aft. Inside the ship you will find a salon with large windows which lets in a nice amount of light. On the starboard side is a comfortable bench seat and on the port side is the steering of the ship. A small staircase leads to the forecastle where you will find a dinette to starboard which can also serve as an extra berth. On the port side you will find a toilet room and a compact but practical galley. Right in the forepeak is a lockable cabin with double bed and plenty of storage space.
