Description:

Personal project of a yacht refit project manager « Sandpiper » undergone a profound refit from 2012 to 2017 including:
-Complete Osmoses treatment including overcoating the hull with 3 X 450 Gr bi-axe cloth/ Epoxy resin plus International fairing and barrier coats.
-Deck over coated with 3 X 250 Gr bi-axe cloth/ Epoxy resin, paint finish with Awlgrip Polyurethane paint system.
- Complete reconstruction of the engine room and the forepeak.
- Complete overhaul of the mechanics, Engine, gearbox, and V drive+ shaft transmission. New dash board and engine commands.
- Replacement of all chain plates
- Rebuilding of the steering transmission.
- Partial replacement of S/S tanks
- Rebuilding of all primary electric systems in accordance with marine standards.
- New standing rigging GDI 2010 (boat almost never been used since.)
- Seacocks serviced or changed.
- Addition of black water tanks on every heads.
- Upgrade of the plumbing system.
- New boiler.
- New upholsteries in saloon.
- New mattresses in cabins.
- Interior as original layout but new ceilings all around the yacht.
- New Lewmar deck hardware such as tracks, blocks, cleats, winches upgrade and so on
- New windlass.
- New ST 70 Raymarine electronics and autopilot .
- All Acrylic windows, hatches as been changed.
