The builder of these HT boats has many years of experience in building Houseboats and floating hotel rooms.They have been active in the market since 2005. All houseboats comply with the ISO standards Directive 2013/53 EU.<br />
The construction with Ferrocement ensures that the boats are unsinkable because they are very sturdy and therefore can withstand decades of weather (and ice) without maintenance.The skellet construction is made of wood and insulated with polystyrene. From the outside, the facade is Scandinavian.<br />
On the inside, the buildings are mostly glass and wood.<br />
They are anchored with a system of poles lowered to the bottom of the watercourse.<br />

An engine is not provided but can be attached behind the houseboat if the boat needs to be transported. The maximum engine may be 60HP or 44.1 kW and long-tail type.<br />
