These very spacious and smart fully equipped Mermaid houseboats with all the trimmings, are for sale with continued rental mooring in Lelystad. Available with rental platform and bookings for 2024. They are for sale individually or both. The price is for 1 houseboat. VAT can still be settled. The boats are each other's mirror image but otherwise the same.
The concrete bottom is very strong and requires no maintenance and / or cleaning and is very solid and calm on choppy water.

In the living room a lovely Sleeapsofa. You enter the boat on the side. The front terraces have awnings. They boats are built by the very experienced houseboat builder HT-Houseboats but exclusively designed by Beiler-Kreativ.
The boats can be rented and of course used recreationally. The boats can be used and or occupied all year round. (Registration for permanent habitation is not possible).

The builder of these HT boats has many years of experience in building Houseboats and floating hotel rooms.They have been active in the market since 2005. All houseboats comply with the ISO standards Directive 2013/53 EU. The construction with Ferrocement ensures that the boats are unsinkable because they are very sturdy and therefore can withstand decades of weather (and ice) without maintenance.The skellet construction is made of wood and insulated with polystyrene. From the outside, the facade is Scandinavian. On the inside, the buildings are mostly glass and wood. They are anchored with a system of poles lowered to the bottom of the watercourse. An engine is not provided but can be attached behind the houseboat if the boat needs to be transported. The maximum engine may be 60HP or 44.1 kW and long-tail type.
