Yacht Hallberg-Rassy 69 is anchored at BOOT24 in Düsseldorf, making it the largest sailing yacht at the trade fair.

The yacht from Ellös on Orust in Sweden is being presented as a world premiere. With a hull length of 69 feet (20.96 m), the luxury yacht is now the largest ship from Hallberg-Rassy. The maximum length (with bowsprit) is an impressive 22.22 meters. This would even make her a 72.

The 69 now replaces its predecessor, the 64, of which only seven were built between 2010 and 2018.
The design of the Hallberg-Rassy models has changed slightly in recent years (the shipyard has been building yachts since 1943), but the yachts have always remained true to their line.
For years, tradition and modernity have had a firm place in the
appearance of the wave gliders and form an indispensable symbiosis.

Not overly modern, but always in keeping with the times

The exterior of the 69 radiates timeless elegance with its curved, harmonious lines. Graceful would be the appropriate term here. The deck itself is clean, and the cockpit and space on board are generous due to the size of the boat.
Inside, two L-shaped sofas and a large, solid, high-gloss lacquered wooden table will win over HR enthusiasts.
The cockpit is protected from wind and rain by a typical HR windshield.
and rain. The "control center" can also be protected by an included hardtop.

The interior itself is completely on one level from bow to stern. A
really big plus for freedom of movement on board: whether sailing, anchoring or in the harbor. Eight integrated hull windows provide plenty of light and a good view of the outside.
On special customer request, a walk-in closet, an extra cabin for a crew member, but also a VIP and guest cabin can be integrated. The space at the helm is protected by a high coaming, just as HR enthusiasts appreciate.

Towards the horizon with 300 hp

The HR- 69 is powered by a 300 hp six-cylinder Volvo engine. The same engine was also installed in the predecessor model (HR-64). "With an incredible torque of 790 Newton meters at 2,100 rpm, the engine is unusually well dimensioned, and the engine room is walk-in and designed with plenty of space for technical equipment," says shipyard boss Magnus Rassy.
The price for a sailing yacht of this size and equipment is just under 6 million euros.
