Accommodation :
The Jouet 760offers six berths in two cabins with 5ft 10inch headroom in the saloon.
The Forward cabin has a double berth with stowage underneath and on the shelves either side. It has an opening hatch to the foredeck.
The saloon has a large central table where six people can sit around. The saloon settees, with storage beneath, make into two single berths. The galley to starboard has a two-burner gas grill, coolbox, single stainless-steel sink with pressurised and hand pumped cold-water and good storage space. This yacht also has a Eberspacher diesel cabin heating system and a CD/Radio.
This boat has a good-sized navigation table on the port side consisting of electric control switches, chart table, VHF Radio, and GPS. Aft of the saloon on the Starboard side is the owner’s cabin with double quarter berth with under berth storage and a hanging locker.
The Heads are found on the port side aft. The heads consist of a white sink mounted in a vanity unit with cold pressurised and pumped water and Jabsco sea toilet.
The companionway steps allow access to the Beta 20hp engine and lead out to a large aft cockpit with bench seating to either side, tiller steering, two large storage lockers and engine controls at the rear of the vessel.

History & Construction:
Built in 1985 designed By Philippe Briand the Jouet 760 boat was built by yachting France, between 1982 and 1986. They completed over 150 examples of the boat. This Jouet 760 has GRP hull and White decks with non-slip surfaces. Stainless steel stanchions, pulpit. The yacht was last out of the water for its annual service in March 2024 when the hull was antifouled, and anodes changed. This yacht has been owned by the current owner since 2014 and was supplied to him by us.

This Jouet 760 has a Bermudan masthead rig, with a deck stepped aluminium Z Spars mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging, adjustable back stay and Aluminium spinnaker pole. The vessel has a Facnor furling foresail and a slab reefing mainsail with lazy jacks. The standing rigging was replaced in 2006 and the running rigging is original from 1985.

1 x Cruising Chute and cone, new in 2014 excellent condition, last valeted in 2020.
Mechanical Systems:
Located behind the companionway steps is a 3-cylinder Beta 20HP diesel engine, new in 2006 that has completed approximately 450 hours since installation. Last serviced March 2024 by the owner with shaft drive to a 3 bladed folding MaxProp propellor with rope cutter. It has a single 20 litre stainless steel fuel tank.
This yacht will cruise at approximately 5 knots and has an approximately maximum speed of 8 knots.

Electrical Systems:
3 x 12V Batteries (1 x engine 100Ah 2 x domestic 1 x 100Ah 1 x 130Ah) Approximately 3 years old. They are charged by the engine alternator, solar panel and 240v battery charger. The boat has a 240v Ring main shore power system.
