CALEDONIA is a true oceangoing centreboard steel sloop. She was built in 1998 - 2000 in Makkum in the Netherlands according to the wishes of her first owner who lived onboard for 17 years. CALEDONIA proved her seaworthiness in the rough cold waters (East-West route through the ice over Asia and Europe as well as over Canada) as well as in the Caribbean.
