Houseboat "Vrouwe Eelkje"
This spacious sailing house or called Houseboat is of Dutch quality. It is a type of catamaran consisting of 5 mm. seawater-resistant aluminum H111, 5083. The size is 13 x 4.5 meters including built-in swimming ladder. The walls of the superstructure are 7 cm. thick (also the panorama cabin) sandwich panel; finished on both sides with a polyester and honeycomb profile, enclosed by a U-profile of aluminum. The windows are made of thermopane safety glass.
The living room has large aluminum doors with a double sliding door to the spacious front terrace. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom, a spacious bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a large storage closet. A staircase in the room leads to the panorama cabin (roof cabin) where there are three more beds. On this roof cabin are the solar panels.
On the aft deck is the spiral staircase to the terrace above.
The boat comes with complete inventory and is thus completely ready to sail.
