Now you can get a bright and spacious motor sailer with a large semi-enclosed cockpit from which you can comfortably navigate the boat. Here you can sit sheltered from the rain and wind, but at the same time it can be opened up so you can enjoy the sun and air on those nice sailing days. The owner has had the boat for 13 years and has sailed throughout Denmark, large parts of Sweden and northern Germany. Preferably on sailing trips that have lasted 4 months at times.
The large cockpit easily accommodates 4-8 people - who can sit around the cockpit table.
From the cockpit there is access to the aft cabin with double berth including stowage space and cupboards.
Amidships there is a pantry with double gas hob and oven, refrigerator with freezer, an extra cold room and sink. In addition, there is a toilet with sink and shower option, as well as a large sofa for 8 people around the saloon table. The sofa can easily be converted into a double bed.
The forward cabin is furnished with a double berth and two wardrobes, as well as a stowage space. A bow thruster with its own battery is mounted under the bed and one of the 400L water tanks is also located here.
If you are using the boat for summer vacations, boating or similar, you will have plenty of space to stay.
At the back of the boat is a small terrace with access to the water via a bathing ladder. There is also a Davider with a hoist for an inflatable boat. The owner does not have an inflatable boat.

It should be mentioned that the boat has been diagnosed with osmosis, hence the lower price. In addition, a couple of windows need to be caulked and the fabric in the ceiling has become tender over time in some places.
