The Condor 123T is a splendid yard-built motoryacht. From the steering position on the flybridge, the skipper has a perfect view of the waterway. There is a bimini covering the flybridge, which can also be fitted with front and side panels. The aft deck can be completely covered with a tent, of which the panels can be unzipped as well. From the aft deck there is a ladder to the bathing platform, where a dinghy is also hoisted against the stern. At the bathing platform there is also a shower with hot/cold water. The passage along the gangways to the foredeck is good, where an electric windlass has been installed. In 2019 and 2024, significant investments were made in technical improvements on this Condor. In 2019 the fuel pump of the engine was overhauled, injectors, seaweed filter, grease pot were replaced, a double fuel filter and new aerator were installed. The side lights, refrigerator, toilet, interior lighting and inverter have also been renewed. Furthermore, a dinghy with suspension system and engine support was purchased and the windows were overhauled. In 2024, the underwater ship was fitted with new antifouling and anodes, and various sea valves, the second toilet and the service batteries were renewed. The Condor is a nice and clean boat that a new owner will appreciate.
The entire interior is fitted with splendid woodwork, with a sofa, wooden coffee table and cabinet in the wheelhouse. The headroom of 1.90m is good. At the steering position there is equipment and a switch panel. The engine is easily accessible via two large hatches in the wheelhouse. The windows provide plenty of light and the sliding windows can be fitted with mosquito screens. The private aft cabin has two comfortable beds and plenty of locker space. Between the aft cabin and the wheelhouse there is a heads and separate shower cabin with washbasin. In the forepeak there is a well-equipped galley and settee. There is a second heads in the passage to the front cabin. The front cabin has a spacious V-bed with infill. The Condor has a boiler for hot water, two waste water tanks, two battery chargers for 12V and 24V system, a 12V deck wash pump, a Webasto hot air heating and central heating. There is also a built-in vacuum cleaner system.
