This MAXI 100 is perfect for the family or for the new sailor.
Of particular note is the new engine fitted in 2020 with approximately 160 hours of sailing. And the sail/rig is from 2009.
4 batteries which are only 2 years old.
The large Cockpit, with the only 3 years old cockpit tent is perfect gathering point for the family. Nice teak deck, nice cushions and plenty of space for both dining and socializing. Self steering, double bow prop, Garmin GPS etc are all under a nice equally old sprayhood.
Walk around the shelter and you come to nice, functional pantry with gas stove/oven, cooler and cool box, and cold pressurized water from 100 L. tank. All pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, coffee pot, electric kettle, etc. Included in the purchase.
Across from the pantry is a functional electric toilet from 2009 with 50L holding tank.
Nice aft cabin with 2 good sleeping places.
Nice large saloon with possibility for 3 berths. Large saloon table which can easily be folded. All cushions and pillows are nice and well maintained. Everything in the salon is also included in the purchase.
In the bow there is nice spacious cabin, also with possibility for 2 sleeping berths.
You will not run out of storage in this boat. There is plenty of stowage space, drawers and cupboards throughout the boat.
The boat appears in very good condition and with freshly painted deck, Polished and bottom painted every year and overall a boat that has been cared for and looked after.
