The Friendship 28 is a classic sailing yacht with a charming appearance and robust construction, built in 1978 by Jachtbouw Meijer of Balk. Designed by Dick Koopmans, this boat is known for its excellent sailing characteristics and comfortable accommodations.
With a length of 8.7 meters and a draft of 1.25 meters, the Friendship 28 offers a good balance between maneuverability and stability, making it suitable for both coastal sailing and long distance cruising. The hull shape is round bilge and the rudder is single, with steering via a tiller on the outside of the boat.
Accommodation on board is cozy and practical, with a dining area, berths for up to 8 people (including 3 permanent and 5 extra berths), and a kitchenette with a refrigerator tray equipped with an electric cooling element.
