The Bluebell, a beautiful Chaparral brand boat, type 225Si, was manufactured in 2015. With a length of 686 centimeters, a width of 259 centimeters and a draft of 86 centimeters, this boat offers a perfect combination of space and maneuverability. A headroom of 147 centimeters makes it easy to pass under low bridges.
The Bluebell's hull has a flat bottom and is steered with an outside steering wheel. The single rudder provides precise steering, and with a weight of 1905 kilograms, the boat is stable on the water.
As for accommodation, the Bluebell offers comfort and convenience. There are two fixed berths and the possibility of creating two more berths. With an interior headroom of 132 centimeters, there is plenty of room to move around. The boat is equipped with mattresses, a shower, pillows and a dining area, as well as a sink with running water for added functionality.
There is a water tank with a capacity of 30 liters and a manual toilet. Importantly, the toilet drain does not go directly into open water, contributing to environmental friendliness.
The Chaparrel 225SI is powered by a Mercruiser engine rated at 250 hp and has only 220 hours of operation. The engine starts electrically and can reach an impressive maximum speed of 70 mph. With a 200-liter fuel tank and consumption of 10 liters per hour, this boat offers enough range for adventurous trips. Gauges such as the fuel tank gauge, oil pressure gauge, tachometer and temperature gauge provide accurate monitoring of the engine.
The Chaparrel 225SI is well equipped with electronics and navigation equipment, including a depth gauge and a log speedometer. There are two batteries on board, supported by a battery charger, alternator and voltmeter. The electrical system operates at 12V.
The boat's exterior equipment is impressive and includes an anchor with chain and line, a manual windlass, a spray hood, cockpit tent, tarp, swim ladder, cockpit table, bimini, outdoor cushions, a spacious swim platform, fenders and lines, and a teak deck.
For safety, there is a fire extinguisher, life jackets and an electric bilge pump.
